Handing over the keys to the Shepherd’s Hut will take place after collection of the deposit, check-in and payment of surcharges. The booking party is fully responsible for failure to familiarize themselves with the Rental Regulations of the Bacs Cottage.
PAYMENT FOR STAY
Confirmation of the reservation of the Cottage is payment of a deposit of 50% of the value of the stay within 2 days of booking. The deposit paid is non-refundable. The remaining amount is payable on site in cash at check-in.
ACCOMMODATION
Handover of the Bacs Cottage to the guests is possible from 4:00 p.m. Handover of the cottage before 4:00 p.m. may not be possible due to cleaning after previous guests. Upon arrival, the person making the reservation is asked to show proof of identity in order to check in and hand over the deposit, and to pay the fee. If the keys are entrusted to one of the persons who is part of the group intending to stay at the Cottage, this person will have to pay the deposit, which we write below. Upon arrival at the Cottage, it is necessary to sign a statement and check the conformity of the list of equipment, with the actual state. If there are any deficiencies or damages, indicate them on the statement.
DEPOSIT
For the duration of your stay at the Shepherd’s Hut, a deposit of PLN 500.00 is charged, which is settled at the end of your stay. If losses, shortages, damages, etc. not resulting from normal wear and tear are found, an authorized person will take from the deposit the market value of the losses + labor costs. In the event that the shortages or damages revealed during the inspection exceed the amount of the deposit paid, the customer is obliged to pay for the damages immediately. The cottage should be inhabited by a number of people not greater than that reported in the reservation. In case of failure to comply with the above rules, the authorized person will charge the client with the amount of PLN 100. for each day of stay of a person not reported, or has the right to terminate the contract immediately, without refunding the cost of the stay and the deposit.
PREPARATION OF THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is equipped with bed linen and towels in the amount of the reservation. In order to maintain proper hygienic conditions, it is forbidden to use unlined bed linen and to take towels outside the Cottage.
Cancellation of the use of bed linen does not constitute grounds for discounts.
RESPONSIBILITY
– The cottage is equipped with household appliances
– please pay attention to their proper use and turn them off immediately after use. Please report any malfunctions
– the customer is materially responsible for everything in the Cottage,
– the customer is fully responsible for his/her owned items, documents or goods left in the Cottage or in public areas,
– the customer accepts legal and material responsibility for the use of the Cottage in terms of its occupation, and in particular must comply with the regulations applicable to the entire facility
EXIT
Leaving the facility should take place by 10:00 am on the last day of stay. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the Cottage by a person authorized by the Owners. Please notify the day before the planned time of departure. Upon departure, please remove garbage, wash dishes, etc. On the day of departure, for hygienic reasons, guests of the Cottage are required to remove all food products from the refrigerator, cabinets, etc.
